Guest House Damour
A hillside guest residence — modern timber-and-stone language framed by mountain views, infinity pool, and a bespoke timber screen system that filters Mediterranean light.
AI-Driven Architecture & Design Studio
Arch Guru is a Beirut-based luxury architecture studio merging classical craft with AI-enhanced workflows — designing residences, commercial spaces and bespoke furniture for an international clientele who expect more than ordinary.
The Studio
Founded by Firas El Meouch — Master of Architecture, Lebanese University, and registered member of the Order of Engineers and Architects — Arch Guru operates at the intersection of classical architectural rigour and modern AI-augmented workflows.
Five years of practice across Lebanon, Istanbul and the wider region have shaped a studio that handles every dimension of a project: site survey, master planning, interior design, custom furniture, photorealistic visualization and execution strategy. The result is design language that is at once sophisticated, calm, and quietly intelligent.
Capabilities
A complete architectural ecosystem — from the first sketch to the final installed piece. Each service is led personally and supported by AI-augmented research, generation and visualization.
Residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use projects from concept through construction documentation and site supervision.
Holistic interiors — spatial layout, materials, lighting, finishes and styling — engineered for both narrative and longevity.
Bespoke pieces in steel, solid wood and upholstery — from concept sketches to production-ready technical drawings and prototyping.
Cinematic 3D renderings, walkthrough animations and AI-enhanced presentation imagery that sell the project before it is built.
Strategic layouts that optimise flow, daylight and function — from single rooms to full-floor commercial fit-outs.
Workspace strategy for corporates and developers — ergonomics, brand-aligned materials, phased delivery and long-term flexibility.
AI-augmented concept generation, moodboard synthesis, material exploration and rapid iteration — accelerating creative decisions without diluting them.
Advisory for design firms, furniture brands and real-estate developers — positioning, client acquisition and growth strategy.
The Method
A nine-stage pipeline that combines architectural rigour with AI-driven research, generation and synthesis — letting the studio iterate faster, see further, and present with cinematic clarity.
Deep discovery — site, lifestyle, brand, budget. We listen with the precision of a tailor.
DiscoverySite, climate, regulation and market data are analysed to surface constraints and opportunities the eye misses.
AI LayerEvery project is treated as a business — strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats — before the first line is drawn.
StrategyAI-curated material, lighting and atmospheric references — refined by hand into a cohesive visual narrative.
AI LayerMassing, plan logic and architectural language are crafted — informed by precedent, not enslaved to it.
DesignLayouts tested for flow, daylight, acoustics and adjacency — refined through algorithmic iteration.
AI LayerPhotoreal renders and animations — the project felt before it is funded, approved or built.
PresentationBIM-grade construction documents, schedules and specifications — handed to contractors without ambiguity.
DeliverySite supervision, contractor coordination and quality control through to handover.
BuildPortfolio · Part 01
Six built and visualized works spanning residential villas, neo-classical residences, institutional architecture, heritage landscape and commercial buildings. Each delivered from concept through full visualization in-house.
A hillside guest residence — modern timber-and-stone language framed by mountain views, infinity pool, and a bespoke timber screen system that filters Mediterranean light.
A monumental neo-classical residence for a Saudi Arabian client — full Corinthian order, carved marble facade, and a tripartite composition designed to read with authority from the avenue approach.
A full institutional masterplan — fortified stone-clad volumes, three basement levels for vehicle and strike-force operations, training facilities, and over five floors of operations and command spaces. Delivered from site analysis to full construction documentation.
A landscape and heritage restoration transforming an ancient Lebanese stone spring into a public park — pergolas, timber decks, water features, and a children's play area woven through restored masonry walls.
A modern hillside residence in Lebanon — clean white volumes layered with timber-louvre screens, framed glass, and a generous pool deck oriented to capture the mountain panorama.
A four-storey commercial building for a Freetown developer — vertical timber-louvre facade, deep cantilevers for tropical shade, and a tropical-modern language calibrated for the West African climate.

Hillside residence studied across multiple light conditions — sunset golden hour to clear midday, each angle calibrated to show the timber-and-stone material logic.
Project 02 · Gallery
Two carefully composed elevations developed for a Saudi Arabian private client — both driven by the same Corinthian order and tripartite logic.
Project 03 · Technical Boards
The full architectural deliverable — five operational floors, three basements, complete elevation set and contextual renders. End-to-end ArchGuru, every board produced in-house.

An ancient Lebanese spring transformed into a public landscape — water reflected against restored masonry, timber decks woven through wildflower beds, and a play area integrated without breaking the heritage rhythm.

Five interior projects across hospitality, dining, living, bedroom and kitchen — each a distinct atmospheric study in material, lighting and ritual.
A double-height hospitality lounge unified by a sculptural gold cage feature, extended into a private VIP cinema and wine bar — a complete cinematic public realm in marble, brass, velvet and back-lit champagne walls.
A pair of high-end private dining rooms developed as parallel propositions — one in green-and-marble with classical sculpture, the other in burgundy and rose-gold over a geometric marble floor.
Six selected residential living spaces — from a double-height sea-view penthouse to a dark velvet salon with classical sculpture — showing the studio's range across atmospheres while maintaining a unified material discipline.
Five master and family bedrooms — neo-classical octagonal suites with crystal chandeliers, dark velvet contemporary rooms, and a playful children's room with arched headboards. Each calibrated to its inhabitant's daily ritual.
Three contemporary kitchens — from a moody marble-and-bronze entertainer's kitchen to a bright wood-ceiling family kitchen with island. Each engineered for both daily flow and the choreography of guests.

Voices
Firas brought a calm clarity to a project that had been stalled for months. The renders were so accurate the finished interior felt like déjà vu.
Working with Arch Guru is closer to working with a creative director than a draftsman. The studio thinks about the brand, not just the blueprint.
Technical drawings were precise to the millimetre and the contractors had zero ambiguity. Rare and refreshing.
